In a Perfect World
What a perfect world means to me is to include all students, no matter who they are, what

they have, or what they look like or consider themselves to be. In todays society, children learn

to judge others by how they act and what they look like, and they dont bother to get to learn and

understand others who are different from them. We live in a society where money and looks

mean more to people than anything, our society is cruel and selfish overall.
In my perfect school, in my classroom no one would feel secluded or different from any

other student. I would teach tolerance and acceptance of all, no matter who they are or what they

look like. If I had a student of a different ethnicity, or culture, I would encourage the student to

talk to the class and educate them about their culture and where they come from and what their

lives at home are like. By allowing them to talk about themselves as well as their cultures and

backgrounds, it teaches the other students in the classroom about who they are and will

encourage them to accept those students who may or may not look different than them.

Hopefully itll teach the class tolerance and acceptance of all other students in the school.
My role in this school would be to ensure that ALL students would be accepted by all

students throughout the school. My school would have a 0-tolerance policy towards bullying,

and discriminating. Although there are schools that already have 0 tolerance policies that simply

do not work, mine would. There would be negative consequences that would be enforced to

every student no matter who they are or what their age is. Throughout the year, there will be

quarterly interventions where there will be guest speakers to come to the school and talk about

bullying and teaching acceptance. Those who are caught bullying others for their culture or

ethnicity will be disciplined in a matter that both teacher and faculty seem fit the degree of

bullying or harassment.
 My perfect world would be a world without negativity. It would be a world filled with

acceptance and wouldnt have a trace of hate within it. The school would be a safe place for all

students, they will be able to thrive and create friendships with their peers. My school will be a

welcoming environment for all students, it will be a safe haven. My students will love to go to

school and learn and still be able to feel safe, no matter where they come from.
