Context of the lesson:


Fairytales settings.
Teaching goals:
To develop student's thinking and prediction skills.
To inform students about fairytales settings.

Learning objectives: at the end of this lesson students will be able to

Predict and think about the story plot 'what will happen next?' by describing it.
Write what they think the story will be about on the stickers.
Identify fairytales settings like characters, place, time, and plot timeline.

Assumptions about prior learning:

Students already know about Cinderella story, but most students they do not know about
Cinderboy.
Students already know how to use KWL charts and prediction activities.
Anticipated problems and possible solutions:

Maybe some of the students read Cinderboy story, so I will use KWL chart to allow them express
prior information.
Personal focus for this lesson:

I will focus on my classroom management because students are very active and move around the
class. As a solution, I will use coupons for rewarding good behavior students and to make other
students imitate them.
