3. PROJECT BACKGROUND:

This Operation Plan calls for the elimination of teenagers lurking in the street at the middle of the
night. This Plan will genuinely make the neighborhood peaceful and silent at nighttime and it will not
only make the neighborhood peaceful but will also obviously help the teens and their parents since
they will not be allowed to leave their homes at night. Anyone who will be caught roaming the
streets at night will be forced to undergo community service for 24 hours as punishment

3. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Include the type of project, objectives and expected output,
the target date of implementation and project duration, actual location or venue, and
schedule of activities.

The Oplan Rody will be enforced and used against teenagers who roam the streets during nighttime
and most of the time causing havoc in the neighborhood.

Oplan Huli Ka Balbon aims to:

1. Reduce noisiness in the neighborhood at night.

2. Reduce street garbage that this teens are leaving in the neighborhood
3. Make the arrested teens undergo community service of 24 hours.

The Oplan will require the Pagbilao Police Station to set up checkpoints in the following key areas:

1. Barangay Parang, Pagbilao Quezon

2. Barangay Santa Catalina, Pagbilao
Quezon
3. Barangay Tambak, Pagbilao Quezon
4. Barangay Ikirin, Pagbilao Quezon
Target Date of Implementation: February 1 May 15, 2016

5. PROJECT BENEFITS: Indicate the impact or effect of the project on the community and the
number of people who will benefit from it. Please additional sheet as needed.

Strict implementation of Oplan Rody will achieve and maintain peace in the neighborhoods of
Pagbilao Quezon. It will also help the teens change their lives and mold for a better future.
