Standard of Procedure for Installation of the new

STP Concrete Wall

I. Work Phase I: Water Proofing Works.

1. Clean the STP existing concrete wall surfaces from dirt, old
paint, stain, fungi and dust by using remover, scrap, and wire
brush.
Permukaan dinding STP lama dibersihkan dari kotoran,Cat dan
debu dengan Cat remover,skrap,sikat kawat.
2. The damages on STP existing concrete wall surface damage
such as cracked, spalling or chipped must repaired in advance.
For the hair cracks at STP Wall, repair it using epoxy injection;
For the wider cracks repaired with the addition of rebar with
stitching method.
Permukaan dinding STP yang mengalami kerusakan seperti
retak,spoling/gompal di perbaiki terlebih dahulu.
- Untuk dinding stp yang retak rambut di injeksi terlebih dahulu,untuk
yang retaknya lebar/gompal diperbaiki dengan penambahan besi
untuk menganti besi lama yang sudah rusak.

2. Waterproofing works on the clean STP wall as mention on No.1.

Pemasangan waterproofing pada dinding STP yang sudah bersih
Final cleaning thoroughly the existing STP concrete wall from
dust and waste paint.
Dinding STP dibersihkan dari debu dan sisa-sisa cat
Moisten the surface of existing STP concrete wall by using
clean water. Mix waterproofing material Brushbond Flex of
Fosroc brand with powder and filler component, and then
stirred thoroughly for 3-5 minutes until completely
homogeneous.
Lembabkan permukaan dinding STP dengan Air
bersih,Campurkan material waterproofing Brushbond flex ex
Fosroc. antara Fowder dan filler kemudian diaduk antara 3- 5
menit sampai benar-benar homogen.
Rub the waterproofing component to the existing STP concrete
wall by using brush or paint roll until completely covered.
Laburkan waterproofing ke dinding STP dengan koas atau rool
cat sampai benar-benar tertutup.
Allow the waterproofing to dry about 1-2 hours, and then rub
once more the waterproofing material to the existing STP
concrete wall for the second layer.
Biarkan waterproofing mengering kira-kira 1-2 jam,kemudian
labur kembali waterproofing ke dinding STP untuk lapis ke 2.
 Make sure that all the surface concrete walls were fully
covered with waterproofing material.
Pastikan bahwa semua dinding beton permukaan sepenuhnya
ditutupi dengan bahan waterproofing.
3. Put Plastic sheet on the wall surface that already done with
waterproofing to protect its layer from damage.
Masukan lembar plastik pada permukaan dinding yang sudah
dilakukan dengan waterproofing untuk melindungi lapisan yang
dari kerusakan.

II. Work Phase II: Anchor, Re-bar, Formworks and Concreting

Works.

1. Install anchor to the entire of new STP wall side (Column and
beam) by using Hilti bolt of RE Chemical Hits Anchor type.
Anchor mounted on the left and right side column area, on the
bottom of beam of B-2 and above of Tie Beam of B3.
Make 2 (two) hole at perimeter column and beam for the new
concrete STP wall with 18 mm diameter and 16 cm depth with
interval of 200 mm,
Clean the hole drilled by using a blower and brush so the drill
hole clean from dust and dirt.
Prepare material chemical anchor of Hilti brand HIT RE
Fill the hole drilled with anchor HIT RE chemical material, and
then put the 16 mm rebar to the boreholes installed with 16
cm depth and 64 cm of its length outside the hole.
Install all 16 mm Re-bar on the drill holes so the anchor
mounted on all sides of new STP concrete wall.

II. Bekerja Tahap II: Jangkar, Re-bar, Formworks dan

pengecoran Pekerjaan.

1. Instal jangkar ke seluruh baru sisi dinding STP (Kolom dan

balok) dengan menggunakan Hilti baut dari RE Kimia Hits
Jangkar jenis.
Jangkar dipasang pada area kolom kiri dan kanan, di bawah
sinar B-2 dan di atas dari Tie Beam B3.
Membuat 2 (dua) lubang di perimeter kolom dan balok untuk
beton STP baru dinding dengan diameter 18 mm dan
kedalaman 16 cm dengan interval 200 mm,
Bersihkan lubang bor dengan menggunakan blower dan
kuas sehingga lubang bor bersih dari debu dan kotoran.
Siapkan bahan kimia jangkar dari Hilti merek HIT RE
 Isi lubang dibor dengan bahan kimia jangkar HIT RE, dan
kemudian menempatkan 16 mm rebar untuk lubang bor
diinstal dengan kedalaman 16 cm dan 64 cm panjangnya luar
lubang.
Instal semua 16 mm Re-bar di lubang bor sehingga jangkar
dipasang di semua sisi dari dinding beton baru STP

2. Installation of the reinforcement bar on new STP concrete wall

according to the plan.
Cut 16 mm Re-bar for vertical direction according to length
and quantity as needed and then mounted on the STP wall by
tie on the anchor that already installed.
Cut 16 mm Re-bar for horizontal direction according to length
and quantity as needed and then mounted on the STP wall by
tie on the anchor that already installed and in anchor of rebar
in vertical direction,
For the installation of the second tier repeat steps 1 and 2
works.

2. Pemasangan tulangan bar di dinding beton baru STP menurut

rencana.
Potong 16 mm Re-bar untuk arah vertikal sesuai dengan panjang
dan jumlah yang dibutuhkan dan kemudian dipasang di dinding STP
oleh dasi pada anchor yang sudah diinstal.

3. Installation of waters top Fosroc brand type SW 10 to the entire

Bersihkan area yang akan dipasang Waterstop dari debu dan
kotoran dengan sikat kawat dan blower
Siapkan bahan berhenti air sesuai dengan panjang yang
dibutuhkan.
Letakkan perekat pada permukaan beton yang luas komponen
berhenti air yang akan dipasang, dan kemudian diinstal berhenti air
di sana,
Pasang berhenti air komponen untuk seluruh dinding STP baru
dengan 10 cm tumpang tindih pada hubungannya komponen.
4. Installation concrete formwork on the outside of the STP.
Prepare 12 mm multiplex, rafters and the other tools for
formwork making,
Compose the concrete formwork with rafters according to
required size,
Install the concrete decking on Re-bar with a thickness of 50
mm,
Spread the formwork oil on the surface of the already
formwork prepared.
Put the already prepared formwork so covering the
reinforcement bar then strengthen the formwork to hold
strongly for the concrete castings material.

4. Pemasangan bekisting di luar STP.

Siapkan 12 mm multipleks, kasau dan alat-alat lain untuk
membuat bekisting,
Susun bekisting beton dengan kasau sesuai dengan ukuran yang
dibutuhkan,
Pasang decking beton di Re-bar dengan ketebalan 50 mm,
Menyebarkan minyak bekisting pada permukaan yang sudah
bekisting siap.
Pasang bekisting sudah disiapkan sehingga mencakup bar
penguatan kemudian memperkuat bekisting untuk menahan kuat
untuk bahan coran beton

5. Casting the new STP wall with K-350 (fc 29.5 MPa) quality
concrete.
Preparing the casting material in accordance with the
requirements that needed,
Prepare casting basin, bucket and concrete vibrator,
Start casting STP wall that previously applied with bonding
agent Nitobon AR coat of the Fosroc brand.
Operate the vibrator while casting the concrete to the outer
surface formwork smoothly so that will result with no air
trapped,
Casting the concrete continuously until completed,
Clean the area from the remains of mortar, rubbish and others,
Curing the surface of castings concrete with spraying of
formworks material with clean water

5. Casting STP dinding baru dengan K-350 (f'c 29,5 MPa) beton
berkualitas.
 Mempersiapkan bahan pengecoran sesuai dengan persyaratan
yang dibutuhkan,
Siapkan pengecoran baskom, ember dan vibrator beton,
Mulai pengecoran STP dinding yang sebelumnya diterapkan
dengan bonding agent Nitobon AR mantel dari merek Fosroc.
Mengoperasikan vibrator sementara pengecoran beton ke
bekisting permukaan luar lancar sehingga akan menghasilkan tanpa
udara yang terjebak,
Casting beton terus menerus sampai selesai,
Bersihkan area dari sisa-sisa mortir, sampah dan lain-lain,
Menyembuhkan permukaan coran beton dengan penyemprotan
bahan formworks dengan air bersih

III. Work Phase III (Finishing Works)

1. Removing the concrete formworks after concrete reach its

strength (28 days).
Remove the concrete formworks and support of the new STP
wall carefully in order to prevent the damage on the new STP
casting concrete,
Curing the surface of new wall with material by spraying clean
water for 3 days,
Fix demolition formwork to a safe place that is not littered the
STP area.

Work Tahap III (Finishing Pekerjaan)

1. Melepaskan formworks beton setelah beton mencapai

kekuatan (28 hari).
Lepaskan formworks beton dan dukungan dari dinding STP
baru dengan hati-hati untuk mencegah kerusakan pada beton
STP pengecoran baru,
Menyembuhkan permukaan tembok baru dengan bahan
dengan menyemprotkan air bersih selama 3 hari,

2. Finishing the surface of the outer surface wall of the new STP

4. Painting STP wall exterior.
Clean STP wall from dust and dirt with a blower
Start painting the STP wall using brush or roll until covered all
wall surface.
Repeat the painting works until getting a homogenous color on
the surface of the wall.
5. Final Clean-up of the work area.
Clean the work area from debris and others waste materials,
Dispose of all the garbage and debris the place of work have
been provided.

4. Lukisan dinding STP eksterior.
Bersihkan STP dinding dari debu dan kotoran dengan blower
Mulai lukisan dinding STP menggunakan kuas atau rol sampai
menutupi semua permukaan dinding.
Ulangi karya lukisan sampai mendapatkan warna homogen
pada permukaan dinding.
5. Akhir, pembersihan dari area kerja.
Bersihkan area kerja dari puing-puing dan sampah lain bahan,
Buang semua sampah dan puing-puing tempat kerja telah
disediakan.
