CITY SPECIFIC AGREEMENT ATTACHMENT

Presentation Location: Branson, MO (FTMO)

Tour Qualification Requirements:
a. If legally married, both spouses must travel and tour together. For all other relationship
statuses, one touring guest must meet all other qualifications. Single males are not
accepted. Children age six and under must attend the childs room during group portion of
presentation.
b. At least one person on tour must be at least 25 to 75 years of age, and be a citizen or
permanent resident of the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom.
c. If single, cannot be a full time student.
d. All touring guests must check in with at least one valid government issued ID, such as a
drivers license, passport, state ID card, etc.
e. At least one person on tour must have a major credit card, and have an income of
$50,000.00 or $30,000 if retired. Married and co-habitating guests may use entire
household income to qualify.
f. Touring guests may not have an active bankruptcy.
g. At least one touring guest must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English
language, and be capable of entering into a legal contract.
h. Guests may not take two tours within 13 months at any site. Guests may only tour a
maximum of two times at the same location NQ after that.
i. Quinellas will be toured together, with only one counting as a qualified tour. Group travel
is not permitted. If one party purchases, both tours will be considered good tours and paid.
Otherwise, one tour will be marked as a good tour and paid full tour pay, while other will
be NQ-Quinella and not paid.
j. Branson, we do not accept tours with a primary residence within a 50 mile radius of
the Branson sales location. Guests traveling in a camper/r.v./motorhome, or staying in a
campground must stay the night prior to the presentation in a condo, hotel, or vacation
home rental. No Drop offs, must have reliable transportation.
k. Pay for Qualified tour: $310.00 less room nights and gifts.
l. Reservations cannot be made more than 90 days prior to requested arrival date.
m. Accommodations/premiums: See Rate Sheet Below
n. Reservations cannot be made less than 7 business days prior to requested arrival date.
Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to arrival date. All cancellations made less than 5
days prior to arrival date and all no shows will be charged back a 1night no show charge including
taxes.
o. Any guest that arrives but does not meet the qualifications will be charged back for all room nights
at rack rate including taxes.
