I

have learned much through researching the career that I have chosen. Four

thing in particular were stood out while composing this paper: to become a Licensed

Appraiser you must earn an Associate degree, which was recently implemented in

the year 2015, to continue appraising and receive a livable income one must either

work for a larger firm or must solely provide services independently and finally

becoming a General Appraiser will take an immense amount of hard work,

motivation, dedication and time to complete.

My paper demonstrated both strengths and weaknesses. Some of the

strengths shown in my assignment are that it is detailed, informative due to

extensive research and followed all the guidelines put forth by the professor. For

example, the well-illustrated and detailed career path and job description show

proof of extensive research. The most prevalent weakness exhibited in my research

paper is the lengthiness of my paper, which prevented the contribution of a second

interview that I had performed in regard to women in the appraisal business.

The problems that I encountered were in attempt to conducting a formal

interview with Badi (interviewee), however, he was not willing sit down and take

the extra time. So, this was overcome by simply asking interview questions casually

instead of conducting a formal interview.
