Electrical Exam Preparation for WI Electrician Licenses

The State of Wisconsin now requires anyone in the business of installing electrical systems
to carry an electrical license. This class will review basic electrical principles and basic
code requirements drawn from the 2011 National Electrical Code (NEC). This class will
help you develop critical thinking skills needed to write the licensing exam. Emphasis will
be on using SPS 316 and the 2011 NEC to solve exam-type questions. This class is
approved for 16 hours of continuing education. 47-413-43500

Prerequisite:
Three or more years of electrical construction experience or enrolled in an electrical
apprenticeship program.

Textbooks required: Students are required to purchase textbooks before the first class. These
textbooks are not sold at the Nicolet College and will not be sold at the class.

Class information:
This 16-hour class meets two Saturdays: October 11, and October 25,
2014 (Class does not meet on Saturday, October 18th)

Both sessions meet from 8:00 am 4:30 pm
