June 2016 Present Road Supervisor, St. Johns County,

information-sharing and advocacy.
Responsible for overseeing all Driver and
Road Safety aspects for Public and Para-
Transit services, mobility resources and
management, job coaching/training, vehicle
accident investigations and incident
reporting. Monitor and oversee shift
changes, daily route documentation, pre-
trip and post-trip inspections. Ensure that
all operating policies and procedure are
followed. Audit/Inspect company vehicles
to make certain they are following FDOT
(Florida Department of Transportation) and

Transportation Director/Substitute
May 2007- May 2016 Coordinator, Friendship Community Care,
Inc., a day habilitation service provider for
developmentally delayed children and
adults. I directly supervised 25 employees,
while overseeing a vehicle fleet consisting
of 125 vehicles. Managed transportation
