Material Transfer Procedure

1. Purpose

The purpose of this document is to establish guidelines for the control of

Material Transfers between units 1, 2,and 3.

2. Scope

The scope of this document applies to Material Transfer raised by the SZC
Participant.

3. Definitions

Originator shall apply to the individual / department raising the Material

Transfer.

Project Team shall be a recognised contact at Head Office who will action
the replacement via MQ procedure.

4. Responsibilities

The Materials Superintendent is responsible for managing the transfer

register.
