Navigator
Note: You can use the Navigator Task Bar application to make calls, program Personal
Keys, launch PC applications, open URLs, and more. For more information, refer to the
Navigator User Guide located at www.mitel.com, or contact your Administrator.

Make a Call Transfer a Call

s Lift the handset, or o Press .
o Press . q Dial the number. Wait for an
q Dial the number, or answer.
p Press a Speed Call key, or s Hang up, or announce the transfer
and then hang up.
o Press , or
q Dial the prefix for external calls (e.g. 9) and Conference a Call
the number.
o Press .
Answer a Call q Dial the number. Wait for an answer.
s Lift the handset, or o Press .

o Press , or
Program a Speed Call
p Press the flashing Line appearance key,
then press the Headset key, and begin
speaking.
o Press .
u Press No until Personal Keys? appears.
End a Call u Press Yes.
s Press a Personal Key.
o Press , or
u Press Change.
s Replace the handset. u Press Yes for Speed Call?
The Mitel Navigator Fixed-Function Keys Place a Call on Hold
q Dial the number, or
n Volume Controls o Press (to redial the last number).
SPEAKER o Press . The line key flashes. u Press Priv to make the number private.
o Fixed-Function Keys (see adjacent legend) s Replace the handset if necessary.
p Personal Keys
MUTE u Press Save.

s Lift the handset, or Adjust Volume Levels

o Press . Adjust ringer volume while the phone is

TRANSFER / CONFERENCE while using the handset or speaker.
v Display MESSAGE Retrieve a Message n Press repeatedly to raise the volume,
