Creamy Salmon Pasta

Ingredients
Serves: 2
180g spaghetti or linguini
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 onion, finely chopped
4 large tablespoons white wine
100g smoked salmon, sliced, divided
100ml cream
100ml milk
fresh herbs, such as parsley or fennel ferns

Method
Prep:5min Cook:15min Ready in:20min
1. Boil spaghetti according to packet instructions.

2. Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until
softened. Stir in half the salmon and pour in the white wine. Bring to the boil, then
turn off the heat.

3. Once the pasta is done, turn the heat back on, add the drained pasta, 100ml cream and
milk, toss in fresh herbs and bring to a boil.

4. Lastly, add larger slices of salmon, mix gently and serve pasta on plates.
