MODULE DESCRIPTION

Enforce company regulations given company / government policy using company rules and regulations so that the rules and regulations are
followed. Implement security procedures given company rules and regulation using company security procedure, custom act, and relevant
government law, so that safety measures can be attained. Review on code of conduct given the company rules and regulations and
employment act so that staff discipline can be sustained. Handle disciplinary matters given the code of conduct using company rules and
regulations and employment act so that staff discipline can be controlled. Handle leave matters given company policies and procedures using
barcoding system, attendance control sheet and report form subordinates so that movement of staff can be controlled. Ensure compliance of
legal requirement given government rules and regulations using Employment Act, Industrial Act, SOCSO, EPF Act, Custom Act, Fire Fighting
prevention, Environment Act, Penal Code, criminal procedure code, OSHA so that violation of government regulations can be avoided.
Organize departmental meeting given meeting agenda using minutes of previous meeting so that departmental policy can be administered.
Execute decision making skills given relevant reports, using feedback, past records, available information and data, so that decision on
organizational policies and procedures can be followed Procedure work reports given available data and information using reporting format so
that it can be clearly understood and action can be immediately.
