Jakosalem St., Brgy. Zapatera Cebu City, to be our true attorney-in-fact
for me and in my name and place, stead and perform the following
acts:

1. To receive in my behalf money and checks as a consequence of

any settlement as well as the signing of quitclaims and waivers
