Notes/Reminders Reading Workshop: *Summative Assessment
Next week we will begin our final reading unit: Poetry. This unit
May 10th- PLC 1:30 Dismissal will help readers learn and apply specific reading skills and
strategies that will help understand the meaning of poems. We
May 12th- Registration Deadline will look at how poems are organized into lines and/or stanzas
and can have varied layouts that affect the meaning and the
May 17th- Hot Dog Day sound of a poem.
