Additional Comments:

Ian has performed very well clinically thus far, and he shows a desire to learn this eld. He is very receptive to teaching and puts the work into
practicing and nely tuning his skills. Mark Addington and myself sat together to score each category and discussed the expectations with Ian.

Additional Comments:

At this point of the semester, Ian is very adept in 3D planning, and eager to learn. He started IMRT/VMAT planning a few weeks ago, and that
seems to be going very well. He's also been stellar with getting involved, always wanting to be included in dicult cases and wanting to take cases
when possible. Ian, Mark Addington, and myself sat together while lling this out.
