Madam,
further to my 13 February 2017 submission and Supplement 1 and Supplement 2 of 13-
4-2017, Supplement 3+COMPLAINT of 14-4-2017, Supplement 4+COMPLAINT of 16-4-
2017, Supplement 5+COMPLAINTof 15-4-2017, Supplement 6 of 23-4-2017, Supplement 7 of
15 24-4-2017, Supplement 8 of 25-4-2017, Supplement 9 of 1-5-2017, I hold it appropriate to
provide this Supplement 10 of 6-5-2017.
As I referred to in supplement 9 I am concerned about the way society is becoming more violent,
etc, and suspected that this may be the cause because of all the poisons we are ending up in our
20 bodies in one way or another. Since I provided my 9 May 2017 submission I received emails of
publications on 5 May 2017 which appear to in some degree support my suspicions.
Having conducted since 1982 a special lifeline service under the motto MAY JUSTICE
ALWAYS PREVAIL it was remarkable to me that when I provided my time to people
contemplating suicide, murder and even mass murder then somehow they could be shown a
25 different path. This to me indicated that they were thinking in a way that was causing to see
violence as some solution, even by this accepting mass murder at times to be acceptable and
where the turnabout can be achieved by seeking to have them to modify their thinking processes.
As one person who gave me more than 20 years ago the understanding contemplating to kill his
son because he held it was better for him die then to grow up in an immoral situation, he really
30 saw it that he was contemplating what was best for his son, albeit now realises it was the worst
thing . He was glad I was there to assist him to overcome this decision. Many others likewise
years even decades later give me feedback that they at the time simply did believe they would do
the right thing and glad I was there to guide them in a different direction.

35 Reportedly we are exporting quality chemical free food items to other countries while importing
the cheaper chemical laden food items for our own usage. It is in my view an absurdity.
Here we have a person accused of killing people and injuring many more in a Bourke Street rage
and yet what really is causing this should be the issue!
Too often todays scientist are mouthing off pending who pay them and totally unreliable as to
40 what is or is not to be accepted as being true science.
Yes the Federal Government insisted for long on warning advertising on packets of cigarettes but
they do not do the same on item such as tampons, lipstick and numerous other items in the health
care industry such as gauges, bandages, etc, laced with poison chemicals. Even consuming beer
can now cause serious mental harm.

We have this State Government campaign against violence toward women and children, which in
general is perceived as I understand it directed against men, whereas often woman can be the
instigator of the problems and some reports suggest women are more likely to kill their own
children then men. Women can go into a rage that any man can have a problem to control

himself against such outburst. Not that this seeks to justify any violent response but it should be
addressed in a proper context. Having myself been married to a very violent woman who even
used a knife at my throat, and pleaded guilty in court (while represented by a lawyer!) of assault
indicated the restraint I was abler to show not to react in kind. However when in the end she
5 nearly strangled to death one of our sons (and pleaded guilty in court -while represented by a
lawyer!) then she lost custody through the Childrens Court but nothing was done as to try to
establish why she was so violent towards others also during all those decades.
When people lose connect ion to reality and are going out to kill people and causes further
10 mayhem then it is well overdue to establish what really drove such person to do so. Something
may have triggered the particular episode of violence when occurring but what should be
considered what went on prior to so to say the trigger being activated. Was the persons mental
condition to such condition that anything could cause the person to loose reality of any harm this
person may cause? Again, I have had experiences with numerous people showing a unrealistic
15 perception that killing, including mass murder was somehow justifiable at least in their own
views, but after some discussions I found them to become more rational in their thinking and
abandon any murderous intentions.
I am as I stated previously not a medical qualified person and in fact have no medical
training at all but my education in the school of life over the decades gave me ample of
20 information to be able to deal with matters. However I have been very successful so far to a
void major killing incidents (Whereas the politicians ignoring my warnings have a different
record!) and that I view is what in the end is the right result to achieve.
If we ignore to investigate matters then we will simply get repeat after repeat of similar incidents
(if one can call it an incident) and we will never even attempt to resolve the real underlying
25 problems.
In my view what, if anything, did the person alleged to have killed 6 people and caused injury to
many more have as a condition and to what, if any extend was this a prerequisite for him to act as
he did? We have children born in Australia under Western culture then growing up and joining a
30 murderous organisation like IS and one has to consider is this due to the chemicals that is
affecting certain parts of their brains that they are willing to accept violence and that include
killings as part of the norm?
One may also consider what, if any, effect this may have upon a person who is enslaved on
playing computer games involving killing human like images?

Are people committing crimes referring to IS merely because to get notoriety even if they are
not at all otherwise associated with such groups doctrine?

To me no matter how regrettable it is that people were killed and injured it never was a surprised
40 it eventuated rather that I view in a way we are lucky it was not more horrendous than it was
considering that I warned ongoing about more extensive results that could eventuate. It is
regrettable for those who were victims as any victim is one victim too many but I view it could to
some extend have been prevented had the politicians and so the Federal and State Governments
taken more consideration about my numerous warnings.

But what we need to do is to get to discover, for so far possible, what chemicals, if any, were
consumed by the alleged killer that may have caused him to be vulnerable to do such horrific
conduct?

governments such as (direct/indirect compulsory) immunisation may later if not sooner affect the
mental conditions of those children? Is for example Autism and Rett Syndrome a result of a

parent and/or both parents having had chemical intake that affected the child they created at a
later time? Because Rett Syndrome seems as I understand it to generally affect girls and seldom
boys, then one may have to question if this related to products used by females that causes more
harm to female off springs then males. One may also have to wonder if a girl appears to be born
5 healthy and later, sometimes a decade later shows sudden turn as to Rett Syndrome if then this is
because of indigestion of chemicals as a baby more affecting females then makes?
Not being a medical expert I am free and open minded to not being narrowed by doctrines of
education. I doubt any proper research ever may have been undertaken in regard of the chemicals
consumes by a human that may result to a child having autism, Rett Syndrome, etc.

Vectors of heavy metals exposure include food, water and vaccines

Once we realize that heavy metals cause brain damage, its only reasonable to try to understand the vectors of
exposure for those metals. Food, water and vaccines are all primary vectors of heavy metals exposure,

At first I assumed Molly had a bug, but for some reason I had strange feeling it was something more serious.
Thats when I asked Molly if she was wearing a tampon, which she was. She removed it straight away, but by
this point she had been wearing it for 10 hours and it was already too late, said Sonia Pawlett, a carer.

daughter was then placed on medication to stabilize her condition. The daughters condition was monitored
every half-hour. Mollys doctor admitted this was the first case she had treated before but their care was

Of her experience, Molly Pawlett has said: I never thought this would happen to me, I usually wear a tampon
and so do my friends at school, so I was completely shocked and didnt think I was doing anything wrong. At

taken to hospital. I really want to encourage other girls not to leave tampons in for longer than eight hours,

According to HealthLine.com, TSS is caused by the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus entering your
bloodstream and releasing deadly toxins. This condition affects major organs in the body and, if left untreated,
can lead to liver, kidney, or heart failure. While anyone can contract TSS, menstruating women who wear
20 super-absorbent tampons are at greater risk. Experts are still unsure why this happens, but some speculate
that a tampon thats been left in place for a long time attracts the bacteria.

Apart from a very sore mouth and red tongue, the other symptoms of TSS include:

Widespread, red skin rash

Diarrhea
25 A high temperature of 102.2 degrees Fahrenheit or above
Drowsiness
Difficulty breathing

TSS is a medical emergency that may require patients to stay in the intensive care unit. One method of
treating the condition is through an intravenous (IV) antibiotic to fight the infection. Other possible treatments

Blood tests later showed evidence of the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus. Reports say the girl began using
tampons as a more convenient way to mange her periods during swim meets. Jemma-Louise was a
competitive breaststroke swimmer, according to the Manchester Evening News.
Determined to spread awareness about TSS, Louise's mother Diane Roberts is speaking out.
20 "TSS used to be talked about in the '80s, but you never hear it now," said Roberts. "My husband had never
heard of TSS if one dad reads this and his daughter falls ill, it could save her life."
Roberts is right. TSS is rarely talked about since its decline in the 1980s, due to public health intervention.
The disease was first linked to high absorbency tampons (a brand called Rely), made by Procter and Gamble
in 1978. Rely tampons were touted for their ability to "contain the menstrual flow without leaking or
25 requiring frequent replacement," says News-Medical.net.

Health officials ignore risks associated with tampons

However, Rely soon became associated with an increased risk for TSS. Its occurrence became so common in
menstruating women that it was considered an epidemic. As a result, Procter and Gamble were forced to
recall their Rely tampons. Though less common, the disease still poses a threat to women, because high-
30 absorbency tampons are still on the market today.
Public service announcements regarding the dangers of wearing a tampon for prolonged periods helped
reduce the disease's occurrence. But today, as Roberts pointed out, we are rarely reminded of the dangers.
Due to their makeup, tampons pose other health risks, which are also less-talked about. Most tampons are

made of a combination of viscose rayon (synthetic fibers) and cotton. This raises cause for concern,
considering the process for producing man-made fibers involves them being treated with harsh chemicals,
and because the majority of cotton harvested in the U.S. is genetically engineered, meaning it's laden with
toxic herbicides.

In November last year, researchers from Argentina discovered that 85 percent of cotton-based feminine
hygiene products contained glyphosate, the primary ingredient in Monsanto's Roundup. The findings are
alarming, considering glyphosate was officially declared carcinogenic by the World Health Organization last
spring.

The best way for women to stay protected against TSS is to change tampons frequently, and to avoid using
high-absorbency tampons altogether. Educating young women about the risks and symptoms of TSS can also
save lives.

I wonder how many more need to die before finally a proper consideration is given to those who
are unwillingly affected by chemicals that poisoned/affected their mind?
It isnt just improving food standards of imports, as it affect even health care products, etc. We
30 need an extensive investigation as to chemicals, etc. As I previously indicated we have
untreated water used for growing grain/wheat/etc and so the chemicals in this will be ending
