Before Ordering
---------------
It is suggested that before ordering, users try all features and use
the software for the full evaluation period to make absolutely sure
that the program will meet their requirements. Users who are in any
doubt regarding any aspect of the software should NOT purchase it,
there is no point in buying software if it does not meet the criteria.
Registered versions have a maximum 128 nodes 256 members and requires
a minimum of 4mb of free Extended memory.

All prices are in UK pounds (Sterling) and are valid for 6 months
after this document was distributed, all prices are inclusive of
postal charges etc. at the senders end.
Note that software sent via land mail may be taxable at the receivers
end depending on the country/state.
If you are ordering from outside the UK and wish to use your currency
then use the current exchange rate to convert the prices for
example, 100 UK pounds would be about 160 American Dollars at the
current exchange rate.
All orders are sent within one to five working days of receipt of
payment. If we are unable to supply the software within seven days
then we will hold the payment and notify you of this delay.
Distribution Media
------------------
Distribution is either as email file attachments or 3.5" floppy
disks sent via land mail, please indicate on the order form which
method is required.
Email file attachments are in MIME format and users must have a MIME
compatible mailer (most mailers support this). A file attachment is
the preferred method of distribution as it is quicker, in some
countries it also avoids the necessity for paying taxes on the
software at the receivers end.
Conditions
----------
We do not accept purchase orders unless accompanied with payment. No
orders are refundable as the software is shareware and users have
ample time to fully try it out before purchasing a copy.
Invoice for Government Offices/Companys
---------------------------------------
The invoice is provided for submission to your accounts department,
there is no need to return a copy of the invoice if payment does
not have to go through an accounts department.
Problems Printing
-----------------
Please feel free to modify the above order form and invoice if you
encounter problems when printing. This file may be imported into
a word processor as ASCii text (DOS or plain text), edited and
printed, Windows NotePad, Write and WordPad are all capable of
importing this document.
It will also print direct from the DOS prompt by using a command
line of TYPE !ORDER.DOC>LPT1
Support
-------
These support conditions are current as of writing.
Registered users are entitled to 12 months support from date of
purchase, the Authors are only able to answer specific queries about
the software.
Technical support will be provided to Registered users by voice
telephone, land mail, email and fax
The Authors usually provide at least one free upgrade during this
12 month period. In some cases, such as users reporting major bugs,
will provide another one after this support period has expired.
Any upgrades are supplied at the Authors discretion.
As the software is DOS based we can only give limited support for
it being used under other operating systems such as Windows 95.
Licensing Information
---------------------
The Authors retain the ownership of this software but this copy is
licensed to you under the following conditions.
You may use the software on one computer and by one user at any time.
A single copy of the original disk or archive may be made for backup
purposes. You may not use or provide use of the software in a commercial,
business or multiple user system to users who are not individually
licensed by the Authors.
Derivative works may not be created from this software and it may not
be modified, reverse-engineered, disassembled or decompiled. The Authors
reserve the right to discontinue support and to refuse any registrations.
The Authors are in no way obligated to provide support for or future
versions of this software.
Disclaimer

This software is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. The
Authors do not warrant, guarantee or make any representations regarding
the use or results of use of the software in terms of correctness,
accuracy or reliability. The entire risk as to the results and
