instruments

5. Work out your
tune & chords

6. Build the track
structure
{ DJ friendly intro? Quick radio entry?
Breakdowns, builds, drops
7. Shape sound
with effects
{ Reverb, filters, delays, distortion, beat repeaters
8. Mix for clarity
and impact

{ Start with your most important instrument first
Give channels room to grow e.g. -5 dB
