Main Activity:
Explanation -
For this drill, the red and blue players should stand approximately 10metres
apart diagonally (this length can be shortened to make the drill easier or
lengthened to make the drill harder).

The blue player should start with the disc. The red player must run to area A
before the Frisbee is thrown. The blue player should then throw the disc to area A
so that the red player must catch the Frisbee whilst still running. The red player
must then stand still and throw the disc back to the blue player. Once the disc
has been returned, red player must jog back to his/her starting position. Once
back to the original position, the red player should immediately run to area B to
which the blue player now repeats what they did with area A to area B.
Repeating what they did for area A, the red player should then throw the disc
back to the blue player and jog back to his/her starting position. The two players
now swap roles.

The aim of this drill is to get players to time his/her throw so that it reaches each
area in time for the other player to catch it.

Key points:
- Players must adjust their throws so the Frisbee hits the target at the same time
as the other player arrives.
- Players must swap roles after a completed circuit
- Players are to be continuously moving at a jogging or sprinting rate.

Coaching cues:
- Correct Throwing technique
- Pancake Catch: Two-handed catch, palms facing each other, hands at right
angles. Get body in front of Frisbee.
- Rim Catch: One or two handed catch, used only if above the head or near the
ground. Catch using hand(s) on the leading edge.
- Dont tense your wrist. Relax throws are more accurate.

Progressions:
- No jogging. Only sprinting.
- Bring in more players and have more than one Frisbee.
