Formed an employee engagement committee with over 60 volunteers from
across all sites, to work together and share best practices in creating a
positive, winning culture.
Launched a mentoring program, with over 350 participants to help grow our
talent pipeline and build relationships across organizations. Program metrics
included productivity, quality and retention measures.
Implemented a change management program and organized a change
management team to lead our corporate office relocation. This relocation
