TOOL BOX MEETING

TOPIC: MATERIAL RECEIVING

REQUIREMENT FOR INSPECTION

A. Documents

1. Purchase Order
2. Delivery Note as per P.O
3. The supplier/manufacturer must have Approved Vendor Certificate from Saudi Aramco
4. Material Test Certificates(MTC) as per project specifications

B. General Requirements

1. During transportation, handling and storage of materials or products maximum tolerance shall

be implemented to avoid damage, any damaged exceeds the specified tolerance shall be

rejected.

2. Visual check ensures there is no physical damages on the material or product.

3. Slight damages that can be repair shall be done as per project standards recommendation.

4. Check dimensions to meet what is specified in the project specifications and standards.

5. Label of the material or product if applicable must provide and shall have available Batch

Certificate for traceability of testing. Details on it must coincide on the MTC.

6. Manufacturer of the material or product preservation instructions must be strictly follow.

7. Material shall be on 9com lists or approved by Saudi Aramco representative.

8. Material shall be inspected and released by Saudi Aramco representative prior to use for

installation.
