STEVE JOBS
Steve Jobs is a 2015 American biographical drama film directed by Danny
Boyle and written by Aaron Sorkin. based on the biography of the same
name by Walter Isaacson, the film is structured into three acts which
cover fourteen years (19841998) in the life of personal computing
innovator and apple. co-founder Steve Jobs.

Self Confidence
Based on the studies and staffs feedback in the apple company, Steve
Jobs was a very confident leader due to his experience and high level of
problem solving skills when facing critical issues by making decisions and
creative ideas.

Years later, he faced a problem with his leader who wasnt good in
leadership so the staff followed Steve jobs orders which made the leader
uncomfortable and then decided to fire him. There were a lot of problems
running after the absence of Steve Jobs which led to decreasing of
company outcome. The company management immediately set a meeting
which aimed to bring Steve Jobs back to work. Once he returned, he made
Apple one of the most significant companies of the last two decades.
Apple revolutionized the way we operate on our day to day by creating
the first smart phone, and initiating apps, and the iCloud. Apple was able
to succeed because of the vision that Jobs had for his company. He
believed in elegant design, and intuitive response from computers, which
at the time had never been conceptualize.

Determination
The job of Steven Jobs was an entrepreneur with many ideas. He reveals
how can identify ideas, saw many ways of achievement things and desired
to put his ideas to be applied in real. His originality and creativity was
inspiring, still he held additional qualities that were not exist. The Jobs was
very difficult and harsher on his mates and staffs. At the time, he was
almost impossible to work with. Yet, other people tried to deal with his
character flaws. It was his sternness and stubbornness that got results out
of his company.

Steve Jobs had determination to accomplish what he wanted. That

combination overpowered his negative personality traits and allowed him
to excel. Although Steve Jobs is no longer living, his company continues to
create products based off of Jobs standards. His impact continues to live
on.
Sociability
He had good communication skills with the buyers and the company staff,
by the time of his death in 2011 a set of fans saw Steve Jobs as a prophet
of the future and the most important person on the planet. Jobs was head
of Apple, which created the Macintosh computer, the iPod and the iPhone,
and he appears to have shared this opinion. Much of the rest of the planet
thought he was an arrogant egotist who sold overpriced designer goods to
the gullible. Such people should not turn up their noses at this biopic. Here
he is presented as a visionary, but also as a complete.
Stave Jobs had many ways to deals with the staff sometimes
emotional was his strategy to do with all kind of staff once the time come
to make diction he become as a serious person in his position as long as
the diction make the company in progress to success that what makes
staff and management of apple company in love with him.

Integrity
Steve Jobs was a man of absolute integrity. He pursued the deepest truths
in his imagination with unabashed passion, uncompromising singularity of
purpose, and unyielding urgency. Apples tenacious actualization of his
transformative and lofty vision of integration brings us closer together. He
was a force of nature, a volcano, and a man who loves and misses his
family. The world is much poorer today. And always. Intelligent First and
foremost, Steve knew things, and he also knew that he didnt know
everything. Having grown up in the industry, he gained the strength of
experience at a very young age. But for any challenge he had to face, and
for whatever advice he might need, all he had to do was pick up the
phone. He could tap the brains of the smartest people on earth. Of course,
every public company has a board of directors, and the purpose of a board
is to provide the company with sage advice from experts across a range of
disciplines. But Steves ability to reach out to just about anyone on the
planet proved to be a tremendous advantage in the innovation business.

The depth of Steves experience also helped him understand the

limits of his own capabilities, according Former Apple marketing leader
Steve jobs focuses on another trait that made Jobs such an effective
leader: He was able to guide the company from a high-altitude
perspective one moment and dive deep into tiny details the next. What he
loved to do was express opinions and engage in debate, and those
discussions often resulted in a better ad. As the ultimate decision maker,
he simply wanted to be involved in the process. Having Steve involved
was infinitely simpler than the alternative working with levels of approvals
and opinions from people who might not have the skills to appreciate the
big picture.

Intelligent
It may be one of the greatest management style conundrums of all times
in business. Many people have concluded that Steve Jobs lacked
emotional intelligence. He was frequently aloof from his children, spent
many years estranged from his first daughter, and was often prickly as a
husband. He was indecisive when he felt unsure about something and yet
he craved perfection and had an insatiable desire to control things. He
tended to see the world in binary terms and was stymied by things that
were grey, shaded, or nuanced. As a result, products were either perfect
or garbage.

People were either heroes or zeroes. People were allowed to

challenge Jobs at work but they had to be prepared to be attacked by him,
to be yelled at, to have their heads bitten. Frequently berated employees
so badly that they quit rather than put up with his tirades. Not only was
bear with his own family and with employees but he also treated
customers the same way.

There are 3 Skill Approach Leadership which is technical

skill, human skill and conceptual skill

Technical skill
Steave jobs was technically skills, and system thinker. He was highly
interested in technical things like electronics and stuff and he builds a
computer game at Atari called Break out and improved. This indicates a
relatively experienced knowledge and skills he had. Stave jobs was a
smart guy and was one of their best employee in the apply company.

A years later on his work he became a master of a salesman. His

strong ability to convince people working for or with him was one of his
biggest assets.

In the late days of his live time, he spent a lot of time in the design labs of
Apple discussing new designs. New technologies were only shown to him
when ready to demo.

Conceptual Skills

Conceptual Jobs is without doubt a gifted in conceptual skills while he was

focusing on products. It is functionality cost and market. based on the
studies and reflection of consumers stave jobs gave equal focus on the
visual and ethic appearance of the products. Special compare to others
companies products.

Human
people are crazy about steave jobs in impact of the humanity. Jobs seems
that he had done more than various special that no one done before for
human. The people was crazy on him because some people need things
like what Jobs done and some people attach their own worth to a product
company. Steave jobs was straggling in order to provide things special for
human and makes our life easier rather than before

Quality and an innovation was his target that what makes the
company success and most of consumers are happy with their providing
even though the cost of the product are expensive compare to others
companies, but consumers can pay because of the new technology and its
quality.

Based on the five factors he had the intelligent and emotional intelligence
is not something you are born with. As Steave Jobs said it is something
may develop it through deep introspection, by working with a manager
who is strong, or by taking courses It doesnt really matter how you
acquire emotional intelligence only to know that your eventual success as
a manager will depend on it.
