INTRODUCTION

In this final project for Ethics construction subject, we are make short video about
the divulgation of confidential information to third parties in construction. Divulgation
behavior is negative ethics that are usually occurred in construction especially in
tendering process. Divulgation is mean as act or an instance of divulging or spreading
abroad publication and disclosure. In construction divulgation information is very
important such as technical information, financial information and others. The
divulgation behavior usually occurred due less responsibility in life especially in working
places.

In construction, an ethic as a good worker is important to being a professional

worker. As we know, in construction career, there are many problems occur even at site,
office, or with client. Those problem need to be solve by applying ethics in our career.

From the article and short video that we make in this project, we can see the
have some bad behavior that usually occurred in construction industry. As we known
construction is world to make money. Many people are can be tend to be bad ethics
especially involve money. This is due they have some common behavior in construction
that we call pay bribes are used the life of society.

Usually, before project is started, the client will open tender form. Many of
contractor will sent the tender form. The client will check the best price to start the
project. The contractor that have bad responsibility will corrupt to get the project. This
behavior are shows in this video explain the situation more clearly a situation that
always occurs in the world of construction.

So from my own view, as a good worker and construction that practice good
ethics, we must avoid this bad ethics especially to tend to get money such take corrupt.
We also must kept the privacy of ours company the very confidential especially financial
information. At the same times, government should strengthen the process of securing a
project. SPRM must be kept eyes in construction world to reduce this behavior form
spread to public lifestyle.

From the article that we found and the video that we make, we know many bad
things that happen due to the lack of ethics applied in the career of the workers. One of
the bad thing or problem that occur in the construction industry is the leakage of the
important information of a project or information of a company.

In the video that we make, we tend to show the bad attitude of a worker telling
other about the information of a project. It shows that the worker are irresponsible as he
trusted his friend more than his company.

From my point of view, to be a responsible worker we must apply the ethics in

our career to get thrust from others. We also should appreciate the thrust that have
been given to us.

From the task given, we have learn that there are various type of ethic that we
have to consider in our daily life. From our article, we have found the ethic as a worker
at construction industry. One of negative ethic that we show in our video is divulgation of
confidential information to third parties in construction.

For example in our video, Mr. Zaki that show negative ethic as a site supervisor.
From this scene, we have known that he is untrusted person in his career. This ethic will
effect at our business and our daily life.

Lastly, we should avoid this behavior in our career as a worker. A negative ethic
will bring our life to problem and will affect our family, and company name. As a
professional worker, we can think that there are many benefit of being responsible and
show a good attitude to all worker. Based on our good ethic that we show, it
automatically make our progress at work smoothly and can be handle properly.

The conclusion of this articles that we found of our ethics project, we know that
there are various type of divulgation of confidential information to third parties in
construction of work that happen in the world. This problems will happen if we do not
have applied an ethic as a worker. It will bring negative behavior like accept bribery for
get a job, tender from client, and get the project from the biggest project. There are
many moral from the article and the video that we make, we must honest in any work
that we do whenever who we are or what our position in work. When we honest do the
work, we get blessed work and can make the people smile and happy work with us.
