Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to analyze
why you think it worked well and what hints you would share with other teachers
about the successful strategy/ resource/activity/management style etc.

The one aspect that did very well is the My necklace, becuse it was in pairs, and the
students learn the team work. It was susscaful. I used the reward system for this activity.

Secondly, elaborate on the aspect identified by YOU that requires attention.

Discuss what the problem was, why it occurred and what action you intend to
take to be more successful in the next lesson.

The one activity thats required my attention is the Cubes patterns, because it was easy
and at the same time the student who were finshing fast they start distarping their friends.
So for the next time I will use the changing plases stratygy. Make sure to not put the best
friends who annoy others in one group.
Personal focus for next lesson:

Set high expectations for learners behavior, because I noticed that when I expect from
the children they get motivated, give their efforts in the activities.
