Reflections on Observation Task 4: Development of Early Writing Skills

1. What are developmental writing stages the majority of the students in?

They are in the middle stage of writing because the MOE change the
educational system. According to new system teacher not able to teach the
children writing and reading.

2. Describe and explain two (2) suggested strategies that the teacher can use to help
the majority of the students within their developmental writing stage.

Use worksheet include tracing words and pictures and empty lines to copy the
words to practice writing.

Use activity on the board for example: if she teach them about sound (m). She can
put a picture of mouse for example and choose some children to try writing the
word.
