Flight Commander
o Assumes the responsibility and accountability for the flights uniform and grooming
appearance discipline and overall classroom demeanor.
o Leads and directs the flight at all group and flight functions.
o Maintains a high degree of esprit-de-corps and discipline within the flight.
o Supervises the flag raising or lowering detail.
o Performs Military Drill to cadets and trains Deputy Flight CC on the 30-step commands.
o Trains Flight Sergeant in assigned duties.
o Attends Staff Officer meetings.
o Updates cadet folders to show community service hours
o Performs Flight Sergeant duties in the absence of the Flight Sergeant
o Ensures cadets keep the classroom clean and tidy and enforce the No Eating rule.
o During classroom instruction, Flight Commander functions as a Teacher Assistant, takes
attendance.

Assists the SASI/ASI as needed
