SCOPE





This equipment is mainly used for faucets of sanitary products air-tightness test, which
takes the form of a smart air-tightness test to judge the quality of the product, test
parameters can be easily read. The device test can avoid wrong analysis of visual
observation of test with water. The device can also use a different preparation of the
corresponding fixture and program parameters used in other industries product testing,
such as air tightness testing of pneumatic and hydraulic parts manufacturing industry parts,
auto parts testing.

The faucet fixture to be tested on a jig fitted to the base (Figure 1 Bottom to Bottom
alignment, seals good positioned, cant falling), and then locking by M6. Loosen the lock
cylinder main and traversing beam (Figure 2) screws, adjust compression cylinder (Figure
2) level, move the seat clamp release lever (Fig. 3), adjust the compression cylinder (Fig. 2)
so that the front and rear position align compression faucet head. Adjust the position of the
fixture and faucet, so the plug match the center of cold chamber, hot chamber, the outlet
chamber alignment, the contact surface does not leak;

press the "Touch Screen Power start button" (Figure 2) green button to enter the main menu

Click "Manual adjusting" to enter debug fixture interface; function of this interface is to
triple the tightness of the new fixture for adjusting (that is, to see which parts of the new
fixture leak (seal is not good), and then modify the fixture leak site ).

According to the characteristics of test faucet click above "next page" on 1# 2# interface to make
parameters setting value choice. Such as 1# basin (without water divider all belong to basin faucet,
1#bathtub (with the water divider all belong to bathtub faucet), 2# basin (without water divider all
belong to basin faucet, 2#bathtub (with the water divider all belong to bathtub faucet). Enter
parameter set screen after choose.

corresponding default parameter, enter parameter setting interface, the parameters were set. For

After set "1# basin" parameters, click the "1# parameter save" then click the button of parameter
download, then click "1# test" button to enter the test interface. Then in the test interface click on the
"main menu" into the "parameter setting interface".After set "1# basin" parameters, click the "1#
parameter save" then click the button of parameter download, then click "1# test" button to enter
the following test interface. 1#, 2# the water outlet cavity has high voltage test and click on "with
high voltage test, when with low voltage test click "without high voltage". Then click the
"automatic" or "semi-automatic" test. The following diagram

After the above set up, both hands first press the "1# basin test start button" (Figure 2) at the same
time, clamping and positioning, and then both hands while pressing the "start of test" button (Figure 2)
0.5S delay, and then both hands pressing the "2# basin test start button" (Figure 2) at the same time,
clamping and positioning, and then both hands press the test start button"at the same time (Figure 2)
0.5S delay. Test machine will be tested according to the parameters of 1#, 2# set, after testing will
display the test results "pass" or "fail" (display unqualified also shows which cavity leak). Method for
setting 1# bathtub, bathtub and operation mode of 2# basin is similar.

After finish one test and before test another one, you need first adjust clamp according to
faucet and then two hands press test button at the same time to start test. Pls turn off power
and air supply when finish all test. Pls take off clamp if you will not use it for a long time.

REMARKS:
This machine is mainly applied to first high pressure test then low pressure test of four inlet
chamber faucets. (Such as "cold, hot chamber, water outlet chamber, manifold") if you want
to test more than four inlet cavity and complex taps need to re-development process. Also for
the "water outlet chamber" within more than 8 second only 1mbar less faucets test result is
qualified.

The 1,2,3 basin and 1,2,3 bathtub parameters set for the user is just a reference value, the
reference value for all the case of test pressure under 0.4MPa-0.6MPa of the usual size of tap .
when users need to test larger and smaller taps, they need to determine each parameter value
and the cavity leak pressure and test time according to the size of faucet.
. "Cold, hot chamber, water outlet chamber, manifold" four cavity size of the leakage
pressure value setting: general vanities pressure value can be set as 8-20mbar. Bathtub
pressure value can be set as 10-20mbar. Its "cold, hot wall leakage pressure value" can be set
as 8-20mbar.
. "inlet time" (such as hot and cold chamber, the water outlet chamber, manifold) for large
cavity, the length of time need longer. Conversely, a small cavity can be short intake time
point. In short, let the cavity filled with air. Chamber inlet time setting is calculated
according to the size of the cavity into the air: 0.33cm3 / s.
. "Detection time" means the value of the pressure sensor to extract the air pressure within
a period. General from start to finish is about 1-3S.
. "keeping time" refers to the time of each chamber inlet air and then keeping air for a
period, if there is a leak of its cavity, "pressure sensor" detected pressure value will be lower
than the inlet pressure. The longer keeping time take, the higher accurate regulator detection
will be. The keeping time of the "cold and hot chamber" is generally about 1-3S. "Water
outlet chamber" keeping time generally at least 4 second (keeping time also depends on the
relevant test pressure), the lower test pressure is ( 1500mbar) the longer keeping time
should be.
. "relief time" refers to during test or after test the air relief time. Generally is 1-3S.
. "Wall leak detection time" generally is 1-3S.
. "Minimum working pressure" means pressure not less than 1500mbar. Otherwise, the
test machine does not work or display pressure is too low.
. "Manifold wash times" means when test manifold, the number of up-top water separator.
This is set to 1 second.
