Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to analyze
why you think it worked well and what hints you would share with other teachers
about the successful strategy/ resource/activity/management style etc.

What went very well is transition, I used a bell to be my transition strategy in this
lesson. When I ring it once children standup and when they listen it again they move
to their tables and when I said start work, children start doing the activity and when
the listen to the bell again they stop and cross their hands. Which looks professional
and organized.

Secondly, elaborate on the aspect identified by YOU that requires attention.


Discuss what the problem was, why it occurred and what action you intend to
take to be more successful in the next lesson.

What not went well is I said a lot of learning objectives which children loss what they
should learn.

Personal focus for next lesson:

When I teach in the next lesson I will write one or two clearly learning objectives.
