CONTRACT OF LEASE

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This contract of lease is made and entered into by and between:

DCR CONSTRUCTION, a duly organized and registered company existing

under and by virtue of laws of the Republic of the Philippines and with business
address at Holiday Village, Imus, Cavite , represented by DANILO C. REBOYA,
President and General Manager, and herein after designated as the LESSEE;
and
ONE MOVING MOUNTAINS CONSTRUCTION, a duly organized and
registered company existing under and by virtue of laws of the Republic of the
Philippines and with business address at 3 RD Floor, Exodus Bldg., Nueno Ave.,
Imus, Cavite, represented by MALOU ROXAS, Owner , and herein after
designated as the LESSOR;
That the LESSOR shall provide the LESSEE the following equipment;
a. ROAD GRADER @ P 2,500.00 per hour

b. WATER TRUCK @ P 1,500.00 per hour

That this contract of Lease shall include:
a. DURATION the LESSOR shall provide the LESSEE the road
grader equipment in the event that the above project is awarded to the
LESSOR until the completion

b. TRANSPORTATION OF EQUIPMENT the LESSOR takes on the

responsibility for the transportation of unit from job site

c. RESPONSIBILITY OF EQUIPMENT the LESSEE shall take the

responsibility of Safekeeping the equipment during the entire duration
of the project.

d. PROJECT COVERED concreting of farm to market road, Bgy.

Alapan 2, Imus, Cavite with project ID no. 12DF0097
RATE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT:
That in consideration of the above specified leased contract, the LESSEE shall
pay the LESSOR the amount of Twenty thousand pesos ( P20,000.00) Mobilization and Four
thousand pesos ( P 4,000.00) per hour for the two equipment, payable upon the presentation of
progress billing by the LESSOR.
IN WITNESS WHERE OF, the Parties hereby execute this Contract of Lease
