All my lesson plans are weekly lesson plans, because each lesson includes a lot of themes that
related together. So, this part of lesson 2 divided for the whole week to give the students all the
information that they need to discover. I prepared all my lesson plans with my MST, and I follow
her strategy in writing lesson plans. And all her steps in teaching, because she wants me to apply
what shes planning to apply. There are only two lessons that I applied with my MCT, and they
are different and only a page that consider as a lesson for each class. There are a lot of activities
that I applied during the week whole weeks, but I cant consider it as a lesson because of its only
This lesson start on the 16 of October and end on the19 of October with the girls, because they
dont have classes on Thurday. The lesson is the second lesson in the unit was about how do
adaptations help animals. The common core standard of the lesson is to use a model to describe
that animals receive different types of information through their senses, process the formation in
their brain, and respond to the information in different ways. And the learning objective is that
students will understand that animals can survive in different environments because of
adaptations.
On Sunday and Monday I explained the whole lesson. On Tuesday, we complete answering the
questions of the book, while on Wednesday, I made a closure to the lesson by applying activities.
The students were very quiet, and they didnt misbehave from the first day. I was a new teacher
that enters their class, so, they were showing that they are good class that I can depend on them. I
was managing the class in a good way, so, this helps me finishing the part that I suppose to finish
on time. I think that the best thing that the students prefer in this lesson is the activity that applied
At-Home Lab: Swimming Birds: Have students explained how the webbing on a duck's foot
helps it, they enjoy this part a lot because they will try something and notice how that ducks feet
help in surviving.
