o P.D.scoredinthetypicallydevelopingrangeanddidnotneedandfurther
screenings.

All of P.D. scores were above the cutoff which means he is not in any need of further
consultations and his development is on schedule
P.D. scored close to the motoring zone in the personal social category because he doesnt
prefer to eat with a spoon and when he has it he plays around with it. Also P.D. does like
to put on his coat and plays a game with mom when she tries to put on his coat. He runs
around laughing. This domain isnt a concern though.

ASQ:SE-2
Score 105
Cut off 85

P.D. ASQ:SE0-2 score was just above the cut off. I told mom to monitor his behaviors
and that he might just be a little rambunctious. I told her not to worry and that sometimes
boys are a little more aggressive then girls are. She said she would watch his behavior
and try to redirect his behavior when he does become aggressive. I thought this was a
good idea and I suggested to have her child rescreened in 2-4 months.
Mom didnt seem to have any further concerns about sleep or eating either. Overall mom
thinks he is a good kid and she isnt worried.
Recommendations
P.D. Is able to communicate and solve problems effectively. He is close to the monitoring
zine in gross and fine motor and personal social skills. I recommended to mom that she
start using strategies such as stringing cheerios on a string to help with P.D.s fine motor.
motor. For exampleSecondly, I asked mom if she would be willing to take P.D. to the
park to work on his gross motor skills, and she thought that was a great idea and would
do so when it gets warmer outside. Lastly, I recommended that mom encourage P.D. to
put his clothes on a little more independently by offering his a reward, first starts with
token rewards where he can earn a prize then fade to verbal praise for a reward.
