Justins lesson was well-structured and engaging, using the Desmos

The program allows Justin to monitor individual student progress and the
answers and work are accessible to the instructor throughout the lesson.

Justin is able to use this as feedback to modify the lesson as needed. In
this lesson it led to a discussion on how to analyze functions.
The animation in the Desmos Activity along with small group activities
address the needs of diverse learners. Justin also runs a well-structured
classroom where the routine is set and supports the scaffolding of

learning. Checking in with individual students according to their needs
as identified through his expert use of technology also allows him to
address each students needs.
Students are very comfortable in the classroom, sharing their reasoning
