WEST OF THE RANGE TIME TRIAL INSTRUCTONS

1. Enter through gate, seniors and associates must close

2. Bend trough poles keeping the first pole on the right and left
hand turn full circle around the barrel.
3. Trot through trotting poles, pass barrel on left hand side
4. Jump over 2 cavallettis
5. Between the 2 barrels
6. With barrel on right, pick coat up from barrel
7. Move past first peg and right hand turn at second peg
8. Right hand turn at barrel and right hand turn at first peg
9. Place coat back onto barrel
10. Through laneway and left hand turn at barrel
11. Walk to Finish

Elimination:
1. Knocking down of any obstacles
2. Inability to complete any obstacle
3. 3 Refusals
4. Fall of rider

NOMINATIONS
Nominations will only be accepted through Club Secretary
Payment MUST accompany nomination form.
Any scratching must be notified to the club no later than 8pm Wednesday 31st
May or ALL MONEY will be forfeited.
Money will only be refunded after this day on presentation of a Vet or Doctors
Certificate to West of The Range Officials.

ENTRIES STRICTLY CLOSE MONDAY 23 MAY 2017.
Wristbands will be available for pick up by your Club Official, upon finalisation
of all payments, from the Secretaries box 7.00am Saturday.

NO WRISTBAND NO RIDE

Saturday $15 per rider

$40 per family (3+ Children)
Camping $10 per family

CONDITIONS
All person present on the grounds who are not financial members of PCA, are
asked to sign the visitors book, at the secretaries box, on arrival.
An official must accompany each Club.
All riders compete at their own risk.
Designated horse areas and horse free areas must be abided by.
Only 1 mount may be used by any 1 member on the day.
The committee reserves the right to alter/amend the program.
Membership and jumping cards must be presented.
Club supporters will not be permitted to enter the ring during the running of
events unless permission is granted by chief steward.
West of the Range Pony Club Inc is affiliated with PCA NSW and governed by
their rules, regulations and by-laws as well as those of Zone 15 PCA NSW.
