EXAMINATION (ACE)
Company Administrator User Guide
I. LOGIN PAGE
The Company Administrators will be given their user credentials through
the email provided in the submitted IC ACE Form 1.
Example:
Username: company.admin
Password: ******
II. MAIN DASHBOARD
Upon Login to the system, the company administrator will see the Main
Dashboard, as seen below.
The company administrator will be able to see the following on the main page:
a. Users count by location;
b. Best 5 Users of Last Exam (not yet an active field); and
c. Last registered 10 Users.

III. REGISTERED USERS
Upon clicking the Users Tab, the registered users page appears. This
page gives the complete list of the users registered by the company
administrator.
On the lower left part under the list, the company administrator may add
a new examinee.
The company administrator may also register the examinee using the
Register Tab under the Left Menu.
IV. NEW EXAMINEE (Single Test)
The company administrator is first required to indicate the type of the
exam the prospective examinee will take through choosing from the drop
down menu of the Exam Type field.
Input the basic information needed which includes the Name, Middle
Initial, Surname and Examinee Email.
The Login credentials of the examinee will depend on the login indicated
by the company administrator. The format of which could be seen below
the field.
The company administrator must choose the location which the examinee
will take the examination through the Place of Exam drop down menu.
The last step is to click the Check Schedules button on the Exam Batch
field so that the slots for the desired batch is refreshed before clicking the
Enroll button.
After registering the prospective examinee for the first type of the test, the
company administrator must search for the examinee in the List of
Examinees located at the Left Menu under the Users tab.

The page will then be reverted to the Add/Edit User. Beside the
Examination Type drop down menu, the Copy Examinee Profile Button
will appear.
The company administrator will then be prompted upon clicking the
button.
Click the OK button and the page will be reverted to the Add/Edit User.
This the time the company administrator could input for the other type of
exam to be taken by the examinee. After accomplishing the required fields
(see section IV), the company administrator can enroll the examinee.
