The fire sprinkler system requires the applicable inspection, testing, maintainance and Standard Fire
Protection System Tag provided in accordance with FAC 69A-46 and NFPA 25.
SERVICE AND TAG FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND ADDRESS ALL DEFICIENCIES LISTED ON TEST
REPORT DATED 7/15 BY WAYNE AUTOMATIC FIRE SPRINKLERS.
EVALUATE ALL CEILING TILE THROUGHOUT ALL AREAS OF THE STRUCTURE AND REPLACE
MISSING AND BROKEN CEILING TILES TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
REPAIR ALL DOOR CLOSURE DEVICES ON EGRESS AND SEPARATION DOORS IN BOTH
STAIRWELLS AND DOORS BETWEEN BAR AREA FIRST FLOOR AND STAIRWELLS. DOORS SHALL
SELF CLOSE AND POSITIVE LATCH.
Emergency lighting repair: 10/08/2015
Repair or replace emergency lighting in accordance with NFPA 101, 4.6.12.
REMOVE ALL SLIDE LOCKS FROM INTERIOR DOUBLE DOORS TO BOTH STAIRWELL.

Storage of combustibles and/or flammable materials shall comply with the applicable requirements of NFPA
1, Chapter 34.
REMOVE STORAGE FROM THE TOP OF COOLERS IN KITCHEN AND PROVIDE 18 INCHES FOR FIRE
SPRINKLER COVERAGE AND PROTECTION.
EXTINGUISHERS
Extinguisher obstructed: 10/08/2015
Fire extinguishers shall not be obstructed or obscured from view in accordance with NFPA 1,13.6.8.1.3.3.1
SERVICE AND TAG ALL FIRE EXTINGUISHERS. (TWO ON BALCONY LEVEL, TWO ONE FIRST
FLOOR AND ON K EXTINGUISHER IN KITCHEN.
ELECTRICAL
Obstructed panel: 10/08/2015
Electrical equipment/panel shall be provided a minimum of 36 inches of clearance in front of the
equipment/panel. The width of the working space in front of the equipment/panel shall be the width of the
equipment/panel or 30 inches, whichever is greater in accordance with NFPA 70, Art. 110.26.
REMOVE ALL EXTENSION CORDS WIRING FROM CEILING AREAS ON FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR.
Improper extension cord use: 10/08/2015
Extension cords shall not be used as a subsitute for permanant wiring in accordance with NFPA 1,11.1.7.6.
REMOVE ALL IMPROPERLY USED EXTENSION CORDS IN VIP AREA UNDER COUCH ON SECOND
FLOOR AND ICE MACHINE ON SECOND FLOOR.

Interior wall and ceiling finish materials complying with Section 10.2 shall be Class A or Class B in general
assembly areas having occupant loads of more than 300, and shall be Class A, Class B, or Class C in
assembly areas having occupant loads of 300 or fewer in accordance with NFPA 101,13.3.3.3.
PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION FOR INTERIOR FINISH FLAME RATING FOR ALL DRAPES/CURTAIN
USED ON FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR AS PER NFPA 10.3.1
AND 13.7.4 AND NFPA 701.

EGRESS
Door self-closing device: 10/08/2015
A door leaf normally required to be kept closed shall not be secured in the open position at any time and
shall be self-closing or automatic-closing in accordance with NFPA 101, 7.2.1.8.
REMOVE ALL DOOR STOPS FROM DOORS LEADING TO BAR AREA IN 1 HR RATED STAIR
ENCLOSURE.
DOORS ARE TO REMAIN CLOSED AND UNLOCKED DURING USE OF UPSTAIRS BALCONY AREA.

NFPA101-CH 13
Doors (Panic Hardware) 10/16/2015
Any door in a required means of egress from an area having an occupant load of 100 or more persons shall
be permitted to be provided with a latch or lock only if the latch or lock is panic hardware or fire exit
hardware complying with 7.2.1.7, unless otherwise permitted by the following:
(1) This requirements shall not apply to delayed-egress locks as permitted in 13.2.2.2.5
(2) This requirements shall not apply to access-controlled egress doors as permitted in 13.2.2.2.6
in accordance with NFPA 101,13.2.2.2.3.
PROVIDE PANIC HARDWARE FOR BOTH SETS OF DOUBLE DOORS AT FRONT ENTRANCE. AS PER
NFPA 101:13.2.2.2.4. (1).
Interior Finish (Corridors and Lobbies) 10/16/2015
Interior wall and ceiling finish materials complying with Section 10.2 shall be Class A or Class B in all
corridors and lobbies and shall be Class A in enclosed stairways in accordance with NFPA 101,13.3.3.2
REMOVE ALL INTERIOR WALL FINISH MATERIAL FROM RATED STAIRWELL ENCLOSURE THAT IS
NOT RATED CLASS A FINISH.
