Mirror Polish to 900 Ra or Texture as per given std
Texture to be done as per the given specification at the specified source only.

7) Ejector Pins : H13 Nitride 900Hv - through hardening to HRC44
8) Sprue Bush : OHNS HRC 44
9) Locating Ring : MS
10) Angular Sliders : Same as parent steel of core and cavity
11) Stripper Rod : En24 / H13 / K100 HRC 48
12) Wear Plates : OHNS HRC 50
13) Support Blocks : C45
14) Parallel Blocks : C45
15) Guide Pillars : 20MnCr95 Case Harden to 1mm
16) Guide Bush : 20MnCr95 Case Harden to 1 mm
17) Rest Buttons : OHNS 50 HRC
18) Ejector guide Pillar : 20MnCr95 Case Harden to 1mm

19) The moulds up to 250T should be made with modified P20 material only for core, cavity, and
mould base also.
20) The moulds of 300T to 400T should be made with modified P20 material for core, cavity and
core and cavity holders also. Remaining mould base should be made with C45 steel.
21) Moulds above 400T should be made with modified P20 material for core & cavity and the
mould base should be made with C45 steel.
