Note: Measure 22 is an orchestral reduction. When I perform this live, I don't normally play anything
in that measure (because of the orchestral backing). However for this solo piano version, I reduced the
scales that the violins normally play into the simplified version for that particular measure. You are
welcome to leave that measure out if you prefer to play it "authentically".
