SHARK SRL is a privately owned Romanian company founded in 1997. Located in Constanta Port, Romania, the company's range of
subsea services presently includes Surface Supplied Diving, Inspection and Work Class ROV operations, as well as in depth Offshore
Survey.

Diving and ROV operations cover support for offshore construction and installation, as well as subsea inspections, repairs and maintenance
services. Offshore survey services include offsore navigation and positioning and a comprehensive array of geophysical, geotehnical and
environmental surveys.

SHARK SRL is the only Western Black Sea underwater service company to hold membership in 3 of the 4 IMCA (International Marine
Contractors Association) Divisions: Diving, ROV and Offshore Survey. The SHARK SRL HSEQ Management System is certified by
Germanischer Lloyd to ISO 9001:2000 and also certified by Lloyds Register to ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:1999 requirements.
SHARK SRL is further qualified as an Approved External Specialist for the American Bureau of Shipping, Germanisher Lloyds and Lloyds
Register.

As a contractor, SHARK SRL performs for its clients on regular bases projects that can range from on-the spot intervention work to turnkey
installation. Together with our valued long-term partners in the field of marine services and offshore construction, we can perform major subsea
related projects on a EPC base.

SHARK SRL started in 1997 as a salvage diving company. Over the years, we have successfully completed numerous inland and
offshore salvage and wreck removal projects. SHARK SRL then moved on to diving in nuclear power plants and on various
hydro-construction projects.

The core of SHARK SRL diving personnel was involved in offshore diving from the very the start of the Romanian offshore oil and
gas industry in the Black Sea. In recent years, SHARK SRL focused on offshore diving projects construction support and IRM
works.

SHARK SRL is the first underwater services company in the Black Sea area to become a member of the IMCA (International
Marine Contractors Association) Diving Division. The best diving equipment, qualified and competent diving personnel along with
a management system focused on safety, quality and environmental preservation makes us a very reliable partner for underwater
services.

Remotely Operated Vehicles (R.O.V.) Activities

Remotely operated underwater vehicles - ROV - are underwater robots able
to delivery a wide range of tasks, in places inaccessible or unsafe for
manned underwater intervention. Besides the video capabilities of ROVs
additional equipment may includes inter alia transponders, sonar,
magnetometers, manipulaters, and hydraulic tools.

The ROV is an extremely versatile platform, and properly

equipped can perform a wide range of underwater
services: Inspections (video, photo and cathodic potential
measurement); Mechanical work (cutting, cleaning, etc.);
Survey (single/ multibeam bathymetry, magnetometry
and buried pipelaine and cables detection, side and
sector scan imaging).

 Remotely Operated Vehicles (R.O.V.) Activities

SHARK SRLs Saab Seaeye Panther XT electric workclass ROV used in conjunction with the Reason SeaBat 7125 multi-beam sonar system
produces a much more accurate pipeline survey. The Panther XT comes as a complete compact survey ROV solution with a pair of three-
function hydraulic camera booms fitted with Seaeye camera and LED lights to provide high quality video images. Also fitted is an Ixsea Octans
Gyro, a Doppler Velocity Log, Sound Velocity Probe and a Digiquartz Depth Sensor.

The accuracy of the SeaBat sonar, which can detect a target as small as a tennis ball, makes it deal for high-resolution seafloor survey work. For
pipeline survey operations the Panther XT can operate either free-swimming with its auto altitude feature, or with a detachable wheeled skid.

SHARK SRLs Panther XT includes a detachable five and six function heavy duty manipulator, along with an anvil cutter, rotary disc cutter,
water jet and cleaning brush. Fitting additional tooling is made straightforward by simplicity of the innovative plug-and-go interface concept. The
Panther XT comes complete with fibre optic video and data multiplexing, an automatic pilot for depth and heading, and is given fingertip control
in all directions through six brushless thrusters, each with velocity feedback. The power 1500 meters rated Panther XT has evolved from the
proven Panther work ROV concept and is designed to take on the majority of the tasks previously undertaken by hydraulic work ROVs, such as
drill support, salvage and IRM. Cost of ownership is significantly less. The Panther XT, for example, weights less than a quarter of the hydraulic
equivalent, and the deck space needed is 63 sq meters compared with 150 sq meters for a typical hydraulic system. A smaller launch and
recovery system means it can be installed on smaller vessels and requires a smaller number of crew, with a much faster mobilisation time,
typically 12 hours compared with 40 hours for a large hydraulic ROV.
