audience of approximately 1600 delegates is anticipated.
The Event
The International Conference on Residency Education (ICRE) is an annual, global forum
for those involved in residency education. Each year, ICRE brings together clinician
educators, physicians and residents from around the world to share ideas, challenges,
innovations, and advance training.
The Royal College is seeking partners who want to be a part of ICRE and offers you
this unique opportunity to demonstrate your support and commitment to the highest

* Please note: Additional exhibit hall passes can be purchased for $500 for each additional exhibit
staff. Exhibitors may also attend conference sessions at the registrant early bird rate of $975.

Information Package
Once the application and payment are received and booth assignment is confirmed,
an Exhibitors Kit will be sent to the identified contact. This package will include
the rules and regulations governing the Exhibit, equipment and service order forms,
as well as information regarding material handling and shipping. Exhibitors will be
responsible for any costs that may be incurred as a result of their requirements. A
company description, sales representative contact information and the names of
booth personnel will be requested at this time.
Cancellation
Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing to ICRE c/o Taylor & Associates.
Cancellations received before February 26, 2016 will be subject to an administrative
fee of 10% of the fees paid. Cancellations received between February 26, 2016 and
May 13, 2016 will receive a refund of 50% of the fees paid. Cancellations after
May 13, 2016 will not be refunded.
