Spring 2015. Intern, Office for Disability Services, Penn State University. I was responsible for
intake, follow-up appointments, documentation, referrals, academic support, academic
adjustment letter writing, individual counseling, and additional services as appropriate for
colleague students with disability.
Fall 2014. Group Leader, Advanced Group Class, Penn Sate University. I lead a weekly1.5-
hour interpersonal process group for seven weeks for five masters students as required by their
introductory level group class and my advanced group class. As the group leader, I was
responsible to facilitate their achievement of interpersonal goals, process their interactions in the
groups, and promote learning of group leading skills.
Spring 2014. Practicum Counselor, Career Services Center, Penn State University. I provided
intake, career assessment, and career counseling to college students. As a practicum counselor, I
was also responsible for all other duties as assigned, such as clients referral and scheduling. I
also provided drop-in counseling and resume review for clients.

2010-2011. Counseling Internship, Counseling Center, Beijing Sport University, China. I was
charged with applying psychological principles, practices and services to assist students in areas
such as academics, relationship, and employment. The work also involves administering office
documents; scheduling; co-writing book chapters; initiating online counseling program proposals.
I was evaluated for effectiveness of service delivery under the guideline of program policy, and
clients satisfaction of service.
