INBOARD WORK MACHINE
Excellent machine maneuverability assures speedy inboard work
A full lineup of machines with inboard specifications that demonstrate high controllability and maneuv
erability even in a vessels tight cargo hold.
As represented by a short tail swing type hydraulic excavator, fine devices are employed in every part
of the machine, e.g. the arm, undercarriage, engine room, etc. so that the machine can meet with
characteristics and working conditions of bulk cargoes like coals and iron ores.

A Lineup of Hydraulic Excavators with Inboard Specifications

Save manpower by means of dedicated fittings that are adequate to in

board work, and as a result, realize the maximum working efficiency.
The machine lineup includes a short tail swing type that relieves an op
erator of apprehensions about the machines rear part in a vessels tight
cargo hold.
Equipped with fire and dust proof devices, holed triple grouser shoes,
spiked (starfish like) carrier rollers, etc., the machines display high per
formance in the work in a vessels cargo hold.

An additional fuel tank may be in

back surfaces to facilitate trimming work. In addition, the whole blade can
be largely pitched back and forth. Thanks to this blade design, a large
amount of bulk cargo can be raked together with high efficiency.
Robust protectors are provided on the rear of the machine and on its left
and right sides. A vital part like a fuel tank can be protected against dam
age due to a bump.
A short exhaust pipe is installed as a standard equipment across the trim
