OBJECTIVE OF THE SPECIAL ISSUE:

INTRODUCTION:
The special issue covers all aspects of system design and innovation of research in algorithms,
software, systems framework, and their applications. RICE-18 draws researchers, academicians
and application developers from a wide range of emerging research work belongs to evergreen
areas such as big data, image processing, data mining using system design based researches
including the high performance computing. By promoting novel, high quality research findings,
and innovative solutions to challenging exiting design engineering, the conference seeks to
continuously advance the state-of-the-art in management and multimedia engineering. The
International conference RICE2018 is one such step towards the exchange of ideas for
development of framework design approach and simulation results. The main intent of this
Special issue is to cover both the theory and applications of various information technology
oriented techniques. It aims to provide an intellectual forum for researchers, academia, scientists
and engineers from a wide range of application areas to present their latest research findings in
multimedia and related research areas to identify future challenges in this novel combination of
research areas.

While this special issue is aimed to bring together extended version of few significant articles
from International conference on RICE 2018, it is completely open to external submissions for
authors who have not participated to the conference.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURE:
Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit papers for this special
theme issue on Emerging Approach of Networked System Modeling &
Design of [International Journal of Information System Modeling and
Design (IJISMD)] or before[10 October 2018]. All submissions must be
original and may not be under review by another publication. INTERESTED
