This is Certify that she is Diagnosed with Gallstones with unstable pain in the
Abdomen Region. She is Suffering from Chronic Pain and Discomfort .This condition has
severely hindered her quality of life .after through evaluation ,it is my opinion that she will
benefit from Gall Bladder surgery(laparoscopic ) at Civil Service Hospital, Kathmandu ,Nepal as
soon as possible .the Surgery will improve her physical and emotional wellbeing. it will
significantly reduce the long term complications of Gall Stone and unstable colic pain which
affect her quality of life and life expectancy .
