- Internal Cleanliness of Pipes before Erection & Fabrication.
- Joint Fit-Up Preparation & Tolerance.
- Bevels must be properly cleaned before start welding.
- WPS TR-235,TR-236 & TR-237 Requirements.
- Electrodes after working shift without returning back to store.
- Every 15 Minutes welder to ensure that ovens are Plugged and Temperature is maintained.
- Ovens to be transported in a proper way from the Electrode Store.
- Check for Cable damages.
- Make Sure Quiver Cover is Properly Closing.
- Proper cleaning for joint before start welding.
- Proper Wind protection during welding.
- No using of cold electrodes.
