1. Emcee started todays Assembly by instructing the students to
sing the national anthem Negaraku

2. Headmistress, Madam Chong was invited to give her her

speech.
She advised all student:
i. Students urged to use English in everyday
conversation and communication to ensure that all
students master English well and fluently.
ii. Students are advised to follow the rules and maintain
discipline while at school and at home. Always keep
clean and show a good attitude and example.
iii. Students are advised not to run when in the school
canteen and the time to when the end time of the
school. Students should always be careful when
using drain around the school and advised not to run.

Senior assistant curriculum, Madam Tan was Invited to give her
speech. She informed all students:
i. Curriculum senior assistant informed that the
diagnostic test has been carried out and marks akah
analyzed to determine the level of student
achievement.
ii. Students are also advised to study and prepare for
mid-term exam 1 to be held in March.
iii. Students are advised to follow the instructions of
teachers to perform household chores and also
attend sessions with a good teaching and learning.
iv. Students are encouraged to use English so that the
students can dominate the conversation, writing in
English well.
4.
Senior Assistant student Affair, Madam Voon was invited to
 give her speech. She informed all students:
i. Teachers assistant student affairs informed the students
that follow the RMT to take the food provided in the
cafeteria.
ii. Students are also advised to ensure that the text is
wrapped and properly maintained.
iii. All students must complete APDM information on the
form that has been prepared and submitted to the
classroom teacher.
iv. Students must maintain discipline at school. Arrange
the books that have been read in the reading corner
under the computer lab.
v. No disciplinary offense report this week.

5.
Senior Assistant co-curriculum, Mr Aziz was invited to give his
speech. He informed all students:
i. Co-curriculum senior assistant congratulated the
students for trying to speak English.
ii. Co-curriculum senior assistant to inform that extra-
curricular activities is compulsory to all pupils and
students must attend three activities, namely the
Uniformed Units, associations and sports club and
the game.

6.
There were a total of 8 student participated in 28th Kuching
Age Group Swimming Championships 2017
Date: 21 st Jan. 2017 22nd Jan. 2017
Venue: Sarawak Aquatic Centre, Kuching.
i. The team won one Won 1 Silver & 1 Bronze Medals
by Chai Chang Hoong from 5 B
ii. Teacher in-charge, Madam Foo accompany our
headmistress to give away the certificate of
participation and medal to the swimmers:

Assembly was ended by all student and teachers singing state

anthem Ibu Pertiwiku. After that , all students back to their
classroom
