1. What the interns will be doing during ULIP?

During the program, interns will be involved and handle interesting yet challenging projects in the function. The
purpose itself is to be a learning platform and also prepare students to accelerate in entering the working world.
2. Is it possible for me to join ULIP in order to fulfill Internship subject in college?
Yes, it is possible and at the end of ULIP, interns will receive completion letter for completing the program.
3. What time do I have to be in the office and what time can I go back home?
The working hours is flexible, but do commit to be in the office for 8 hours. P.S: Do ask your Line Manager approval.
4. What if I want to take personal leave due to final exam or final thesis?
Please kindly liaise with your Line Manager.
5. What should I do during the 1st day?
Please refer to the On-Boarding Checklist and Welcome Pack handbook on the welcoming emails or visit
bit.do/ULIPIndo
6. Whats next after I finish ULIP? Can I have the opportunity to be Full Time Employee?
Remembering that ULIP is the pipeline for UFLP, the opportunity is open yet Line Manager will be the one who gives
recommendation for selected interns.
7. What is the outcome of interns presentation ?
The most important thing is to get the feedback from your LM on how you can improve in the future. As far in terms of
employment opportunity with Unilever Indonesia if theres a match of opportunity we will recommend you for the
positions (be it UFLP/direct hire).
8. Can I use the data that I get during ULIP for my final thesis or assignments?
Please ask your LM due to information that might be confidential.
9. My Line Manager dont give me feedback, what should I do ?
Be proactive, ask for feedback from him/her. Moreover, we believe in multisource that feedback can be
given by anyone that youve worked with.
10. Can I recommend my friend for an ULIP opportunity?
Absolutely! We believe ULIP is a great opportunity to expose yourself in a working world. If you have any friends that you
