EXECUTIVE PROFILE
Presently I manage a retail establishment with four years of
experience. I am an accomplished manager with a history of
great achievements. I have created programs that help keep
the business running efficiently and profitable. I have
completed many different training courses in management,
business, asset protection and customer service. My strong
points are dealing with computers, numbers, paperwork,
planning, designing, training and people.

CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS
• I have excellent customer service skills. My customers know
me by name and know I strive to give them the best service
possible. A happy customer is a repeat customer.
• I took over a store that had fallen apart. I brought it back
from the negative and made it positive in a few months. My
last inventory came back at a 1.37% and the average is
2.0%.
• I have made multiple impressions on upper management
with my skills at creating functioning, but yet simple,
programs that have helped my store with areas that most
other stores suffer greatly in maintaining.
• Some of the most basic functions such as keeping
planograms set properly can be a difficult task for many in
the company I presently work in. I devised a program to
keep the more difficult planograms set properly and it has
flourished and caused other managers to run with the
program.
• I presently run a higher volume store. This requires my
constant attention and need to multi-task. The previous
store under my control was a lower volume store, which
came with many obstacles that higher volume stores manage
to hurdle over much easier. Because the sales were lower it
was difficult to keep lower percentages with shrink control.
My store maintained many of the lowest percentages on a
regional level. This means it is measured against more than
50 other stores of similar and higher volumes.
QUALIFICATION HIGHLIGHTS
• When I am faced with a difficult task I analyze the situation
and the many ways to tackle it. I devise a plan and the most
efficient way to execute. Then I train who ever will be
working with me and delegate out the smaller steps that best
suit their qualifications.
• When I was faced with under-trained people and I had a mile
long list of things that needed to be accomplished I started
first with a plan and then proper training of my employees.
• I have found my analytical skills to be a great asset. I break
everything down into their smaller tasks so achieving the
completion of the bigger task comes much easier.
• I am a perfectionist to a fault. I find I have very high
standards and when they seem difficult to achieve I devise a
plan and execute.
• Training and helping people to advance professionally is a
passion of mine. I have helped many people advance in their
careers through guidance and training. I go out of my way to
teach them how to continue their advancement on their own.
