Student Performance Objectives (SPO)
By the end of the lesson, students should be able to:
(C) identify at least one fitness component associated with each fitness station and one exercise to
improve heart health(S4.E6.4) (2.7)

(P) perform each fitness activity station with strong effort and with safe, controlled movements.
(S4.E3.4) 2.1

(A)Display good self-control for all fitness related movements and be aware of all safety considerations.

Teacher Performance Objectives


During the lesson the teacher will:
1. Give clear, concise instructions to students during all aspects of the lesson.
2. Emphasize safety to students, what safe means in each activity and its importance.
3. Give positive reinforcement for good behavior and check for understanding of classroom rules.

Special Considerations:

1. If an adaptive student needs an accomadation, I will speak to his/her aid for their
recommendation to better assist the students inclusion.
