I Gotta Ricotta Recipe Contest begins May 19, 2017 and ends July 14, 2017 at
11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET).

Eligibility: The contest is open to any U.S. citizen 18 years or older. Employees of
the Lamagna Food Group (Sponsor), their affiliates, promotional agencies and their
families are not eligible.

HOW TO ENTER: Beginning at 12:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) on May 19, 2017, and
until 11:59 p.m. ET on July 14, 2017 (the Promotional Period), you may enter the I
Gotta Ricotta Recipe Contest presented by Lamagna Food Group by visiting the
Lamagna Cheese Facebook webpage (https: facebook.com/Lamagnacheese/) and
clicking a link, which will lead you to an online entry form where you may submit a
Submission. Each entry must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible
for judging. Each entry must include entrants full name, address, phone number
(including area code), e-mail address and all requirements set forth in these Official
Rules. Alternatively, you may enter the contest by sending the required information to

Promotional Period. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or
administered by, or associated with Facebook.

Recipes must be original and previously unpublished and do not infringe the
copyright, trademark privacy, publicity or other intellectual property rights of any
person or entity. Submissions that are not the Entrants original work and/or illegible
or incomplete Submissions will not be accepted.

To qualify to win, entries must be in English and include a complete list of ingredients
used and preparation instructions.

A photograph of the completed dish must accompany each submission.

Submissions without a Photograph will not be considered.

 You may enter up to five (5) original recipes which use Lamagna Whole Milk Ricotta
or Part-Skim Ricotta as an ingredient, and all entries must be submitted individually
via our online form.

All entries and recipes become the property of the Lamagna Food Group. BY
SUBMITTING YOUR RECIPE ENTRY, YOU CONSENT TO THE ASSIGNMENT OF
ALL OWNERSHIP INTEREST YOU MAY HAVE IN THE RECIPE(S) THAT YOU
SUBMIT.

Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time July 14, 2017.

Entrant Representations and Warranties: By submitting an entry, entrant

represents and warrants that: (a) each submission is an original work created solely
by you; (b) each submission complies with all requirements of these Official Rules;
and (c) you understand that other entrants may submit submissions that are
substantially identical and that you shall not have any claim against any other Entrant
or Sponsor arising out of any such similarity or be entitled to any compensation
because of any such similarity. Entrant also agrees to the use of his/her name, photo
and recipe submission in any form of publicity or trade promotion purposed by the
Lamagna Food Group. The Lamagna Food Group reserves the right to adapt,
modify, edit and publish the recipes as they deem fitting.

How Winner(s) Will Be Determined: At the end of the promotion period, each
submission will be judged on the following criteria: 33% based on Taste; 33% based
on Originality; and 33% based on Visual Presentation. The four (4) highest scoring
submissions will be prize-winning submissions. The decision of the judges is final in
all aspects of this contest.

Fourth Place: Breville Panini Press & Grill (Retail Value $179)

 Any local, state or federal taxes are the responsibility of winners.

There will be no substitutions of prizes as offered except at the discretion of the

Lamagna Food Group. Prizes are non-transferable.

The contest may be cancelled without penalty should the Lamagna Food group
deem it necessary.
