Project Manager TRG Tech.

As Project Manager, you will be managing a portfolio of customer projects and overseeing the delivery of the implementation. The Project Manager will lead projects and manage client expectations through project planning, project development and execution of all phases of a project with complete end-to-end ownership and accountability of the project. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all the key players on the team – AM’s, BA’s, IT Development lead and QA Lead and ensure everyone is aligned to deliver project requirements and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Establish project requirements, scope, priorities, resources, budget and schedule

• Manage budget for assigned projects and adjust resources and priorities accordingly

• Identify, manage and mitigate risks to minimize impact to successful delivery of project

• Serve as Program Manager for clients with multiple high-profile projects

Accountable for deliverables defined by the SOW process and successful project deliveries

Prioritize client projects in collaboration with Client Services team using with the Global Priority List.

When project delivery schedule is not acceptable, execute an impact analysis with all projects on the roster to present different options for the Client Services for decision- making.

Track, follow up on process dependencies and communicate project status or red flags to internal stakeholders

Perform Project Closure activities lessons learned, complete Kaizen reports and other internal communication as required

Build out all of the key project management deliverables: Gantt charts, detailed project plans and delivery schedule for IT and Client Services including file delivery dates, UAT dates and go-live.

Managing risks, evaluating change requests, maintaining the defined scope parameters. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, anticipating and deploying solutions to issues as they arise.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and offer constructive suggestions for change.

Control project time and budget and escalate if budget or schedule is at risk

Partner with Client Services team to understand the client’s business needs and

understand priority project requirements (must-have’s for go-live)

Facilitate internal status meetings (as required) and effectively communicate project status

to internal stakeholders

Schedule regular project demos corresponding to development sprints for feedback and

sprint planning

Perform project closing activities including Lessons Learned session and track process

changes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field from an accredited university

5-6 years of Project Management experience in an IT consulting environment

• An expert understanding of and demonstrable experience with project management principles

• Must be able to demonstrate ability to lead and manage multiple high-profile projects

• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external project teams

• Experience identifying and mitigating project risks and be accountable for the successful delivery of projects

• Excellent planning and organizational skills is required

• Excellent verbal, writing and presentation skills is required

• Experience in Web Application development, Agile SCRUM is preferred

Must work in EST hours.

• PMP certification a plus

• Must be open to travel
